SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

Items  in  stock  are  processed  within  5  to  7  working days after receipt of order and payment. When the particular design is  not  in  stock  it  can  take  us  12  to  15  working  days  for  order completion since every product is handcrafted and goes through  many  stages  before  finally  being  approved  by  our  quality  check  team.  Depending  upon the design demands, process time for every product has been indicated along with its product description.

Any  customization can take 15 working days for the current collection pieces. For any new creation with a new concept and new set of materials, time line can only be given after design approval by the consumer.

All  prices  are  inclusive  of  taxes within India. There is no shipping cost within India. All local freight and insurance is cost is paid by us. Expected transit time can be upto two working days.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE INDIA

All  local  custom  clearance,  insurance & freight charges within India will be borne by us and is included within the shipping charge.  However  VAT,  duties  and  taxes  charged  at  the  time  of  import  into  your  country will be applicable as per your country's  regulations  and  are  to  be  borne  by  the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company  at  the  time  of  delivery.  We  will  not  be  liable  to  refund  any  orders  that  are refused due to non-payment of import/customs charges levied at the country of import. Expected transit time can be between 5 to 10 working days.

PLEASE NOTE

Order  shipping  times  are  provided  as  guidelines  only,  and  do  not  take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and custom clearance.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Each  order  may  be  shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, please place individual orders for different addresses.

TRACKING

Once  your  order  is  shipped,  you  will  receive  a  confirmation  email  from  us  containing  the  tracking number as well as tracking link on the email address provided by you. 

REPLACEMENT

Each  design  at  Skedio  is  handcrafted  by our artisans, as a result there may be subtle variation form one piece to another. Please  allow  such  minor variations as they only add to the beauty of a handmade product. However, we strive to maintain aesthetic uniformity, each piece undergoes a strict quality check before being shipped out.

We have tried our best to capture and display the product as closely as possible. Any difference felt between the image and the  final  product  can  only  be  limited  to  color  or  texture  feel.  Depending  upon the design, we have given weights and dimensions of products.

Exchanges will only be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product size. In these cases you may return the pieces exactly the way you received them, unworn, with original packaging. 

Replacement pieces will be sent out in case your order is lost in transit.

TO MAKING AN EXCHANGE :

Please inform us within 48 hours of receipt of damaged or incorrect product received, via an email to info@skedio.fashion.

Send  us  a  photograph  of  the  damaged/ incorrect product, so that our Quality Check team can decide whether product is approved for return.

Once approved for return, we will inform you to send back the piece via the cheapest possible method (at your cost).

We  will  replace  the damaged/ incorrect item with a fresh piece, free of charge in case of a genuine issue with the product, with  no  additional  shipping  cost  for  the  replacement.  Please  note,  we do not refund orders. Replacements will only be made  after we have received your piece back in its original packaging. We are not liable for any replacements that we were not notified about within 48 hours of receipt of the order.

 

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE WILL BE MADE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
  • Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by the delivery agent.
  • Incorrect size ordered (in case of international deliveries only). 
  • Package refused by recipient.
  • Refusal to pay any custom/import duties or taxes at the time of delivery (in case of international deliveries only).
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
  • Minor color and design variation. All products are handcrafted and use natural stones so there may be some minor variation from piece to piece.
  • If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged.
